Tapping One of 2008's Hot Culinary Trends, Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri Teams Up With The Other White Meat

According to a recent food trend report, bold flavors are hot for 2008 and summer is the perfect time to "heat up" taste buds! Nobody knows that better than Fieri. Known for Guyisms such as, "my food is so out of bounds and off the hook, you're going to love it," he pushes the boundaries on the grill to create bold and unapologetic eats. Pork is a star player on Fieri's grill.

Three finalists with the boldest recipes will win a trip to New York City to compete in a live finale grill-off for Fieri, who ultimately will help decide which recipe packs a flavor punch to make it the boldest in America.
